My apologies for the delay. School project. Here's the gist of the PrC. It might not be exactly what you're after, but it should be a good start. You and your DM can work on any changes. Given you characters history, the 'evil smites evil' abilities might work out for you. 
If your dealing with fighting demons, I recommend getting the Demon Hunters Handbook. Lots of good stuff. Sorry about the small text at the bottom. I couldn't figure out how to use the spoiler feature.
Anyway, here you go:
NOTE: For purposes of the original book (and this PrC), a demon is any evil outsider.
HD: d4
Prereqs:
-Knowledge (The planes): 10 ranks
-Spellcraft: 10 ranks
-Spell Focus (conjuration)
-Spell Penetration
Any non-evil
Must be able to cast 4th level spells as well as magic circle against evil, lesser planar binding, and dimensional anchor
Must defeat a demon on your own with only spells and items you've created.
BaB: Poor
Saves:
Fort and Will: Good
Ref: Poor
Class Skills: (2 + Int per level)
Concentration, Decipher Script, Gather Info, Intimidate, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (religion), Knowledge (the planes), Profession, Sense Motive, Spellcraft, Use Magic Device
Effective spellcasting level increases at levels 1,3,5,7,9, & 10
1st level:
If you suceed in casting magic circle against evil, then summon an evil outsider with lesser planar binding, THEN imprison the creature with dimensional anchor, you succeed in binding the demon to you for the following bonuses
-+1 natural AC
-Spell-like abilities of a half fiend with a HD equal to your caster level
-Dark vision 30 ft
-+2 save vs poison
-acid, cold, electricity, and fire resistance 5
-+2 str, +2 dex, +2 int
Your alignment shifts one step towards evil
Your familiar gains the fiendish template with the excetion that it smites evil instead of good. Your familiar may also speak any and all lower planar languages.
2nd level:
-+1 profane bonus to save DC's when you cast against evil outsiders.
-+1 profane bonus to penetrate evil outsider spell resistance.
3rd level:
-You gain the half-fiends claw and bite attacks
-You can the Smite Spell ability, but only against evil outsiders
-You gain DR 5/magic
-You gain +2 Con & +2 Cha
4th level:
Your align shifts one step towards law or chaos, depending on the outsider bound to you.
5th level:
Your bonuses from second level increase to +2
6th level:
You gain a bonus equal to your PrC level to compel an evil outsider to provide a service (see Planar Binding, Lesser).
When you cast magic circle aganst evil, you can draw a diagram to make it secure within one round without a spellcraft roll (see Planar Binding, Lesser).
7th level:
-Your claw and bite attacks are concidered magic weapons.
-You are now immune to poison.
-You gain wings, allowing you to fly at your base speed with average maneuverability.
-You gain spell resistance equal to your caster level + 10.
-Your dark vision increases to 60 ft.
-Your damage reduction increases to 10/magic
8th level:
Your bonuses from second level now increase to +3
9th level:
Your alignment shifts one step towards evil.
10th level:
-You are now a native outsider.
-Your acid, cold, electricity, and fire resistances increase to 10.
-You gain +2 Str, +2 Dex, & +2 Int
Add your PrC levels to your previous caster levels when determining the caster level for spell resistance, spell smite, and half fiend spell like abilities.
