find the right stats like as MM page 57-59 (ex: orc +4 str, -2 int, ecc)
I must prepare a 10th level character.

Now, I think that the stats are:
el +2
+2 dex, +2 con, -2 wis.
sr 5+1 per level
Sp as written.

Then... there others stats to add? :D
Weapon Focus Greatsword?
Abilities?
Saving Throws?
Help me, please.

You don't add anything else you already mentioned, because Giths are 1 HD creatures. You advance by character class just like any of the PHB core PC classes, just remember the +2 ECL. So skills, feats, saving throws etc. are all determined by your class level(s).

Thanks, but I have a last doubt.
When yuo say They are 1 hd cretures...
you mean, in my case.. for example 10th level:
8th level wizard + 1 hd (1d8)
or simply 8th level wizard with 4d8 hd?

Thanks in advance.

You'd be an 8th level wizard with 8d4 hit points. You treat the gith race just like any players handbook race (elf, whatever), except you calculate experience needed to gain your next level as if you were 2 levels higher.

So, yes, you miss out on 2 levels worth of hit points by taking the race.

Don't take the githzerai at 3rd-level. Wait until the party is 6th-level or so - then play a 4th-level gith wizard. That way you won't be hurt so much by the ECL penalty.
