D&D 5E Give me your strongest characters

The strongest character I ever had was absolutely insane. But he was a Palladium character, not D&D. Saved the character though, just to pull out and gape at from time to time. (I'll say this, as ridiculous as this character was, he still fit the campaign, the other PCs were comparable, and the campaign was still a challenge. It escalated to destroying alternate dimensions and other planes of existence. Gods were just weaker NPCs in charge of individual worlds.)

Unfortunately, I tend to run more than play, and I haven't really played D&D for over 30 years. So, my most powerful AD&D character was a 10th level fighter, 8th level half-elven magic-user.

Flicker the Flareon

Champion of Alola
Another character, 5e. Homebrew Kitsune, 17 level, Bard 1/Warlock 2/Wizard 14, Tasha's apprentice. Female, took warlock just for the beast speech invocation. Equipment (slightly klepto): a personalized spellbook, glamered studded leather, 20 doses of insect-repellant salve, staff of power, silvered flame tongue shortsword, silvered +2 shortsword, bag of holding, vicious shortbow, helm of brilliance, cape of the mountebank, and a ton of art objects and jewels I forgot.

First Post
My level 20 Aasimar barbarian/cleric that ascended to godhood, I ended with 28 AC, 445 HP, a vorpal greatsword that I could wield with one hand, and a homebrew Blade of Disaster magic weapon that acted like a spiritual weapon.

  • BECMI: Did not play it much but ran it for friends who ascended at Lvl 36.
  • AD&D: Contest between Celedriel, my Lvl 24 Elven Archmage servant of Boccob and the Cosmic Balance and Wulfhere my F/MU/Th 7/7/9 who re-classed into a MU/Bard after a wish granted by Odin and who ended something like MU/Bard 20/23 both demigods with so many artefacts and relics...
  • 2e: Did not really play it, ran games for friends in Planescape and Spelljammer though.
  • 3e: Ilse Wildstrike, Sorceress 6 / Wildmage 10 / Archmage 5 who ascended to become the Goddess of Magic in a homebrew multi-DMs universe, really loved that character
  • 4e: Winmari, Swordmage 30, killed Orcus...
  • 5e: Sshuthshessi Thezsitha, Yuan-ti Bard 19 / Cleric 1, went to the past to Netheril to correct the timeline

My strongest character is Julie, the level 10 moon elf rogue. What about you?
It depends on what you mean by strongest.

1. My personal strongest in terms of combat power that I personally played is Taslania a human mercenary multiclass Arcane Trickster-Bladesinger, currently level 13 (4/9). I have seen stronger played though, mostly single-class bladesingers.

2. My strongest character in terms of story is Xane, A Glasya Tiefling Fey Lost Rogue who stopped at level 4 because the game kind of dissolved.

Morkus from Orkus
1e: 7th level cleric - Duke Fralin. I rolled 8's his first 5 levels, so he had 40 hit points with no con bonus.

2e: Meldikar Boartusk - half-elven 7th level ranger/5th level cleric. He went on a quest to become a cleric after the 1st level, which is why his cleric level is lower.

3e: Duke Paenlore(I rolled royalty a lot for backgrounds) 17th level Wizard(enchanter specialist)/5th level Archmage.

4e: 1st level something. I tried it briefly and stopped.

5e: Anfalen - 9th level elven Bladesinger.
