Wow, I'm shocked that no one has yet replied to this. This is good stuff. I recognize the Ahriman/Jazirian bit from 2e's Guide to Hell, did this bit of lore exist prior to that splat book?
Shame on Dragon for not publishing this. You could try Paizo?
edit: I have long contemplated a mini-campaign focused on what you above refer to Quasi-deities. In short, Superheroes in D&D. You bring up alot of interesting concepts, thank you.
