How to make ?
In the mountains the Goliaths of Clan Grog use to do a lot of mountaineering requiring lots of long and dangerous jumping, that required both hands.
This resulted in the use of “Camel Packs” which were skins of water in the Goliaths back pack, and the Goliath would suck water out of a long tube when he was thirsty.
Hootch has an idea to have one of these camel packs made and put his healing potions in them.
So that he can just use one minor action to drink them, instead of 2 minor actions, to get them out and drink them.
And keep both hands firmly on his Halberd.
He will investigate once back in town, does he think this might work ???
