Sure, but your average Ws should only be 2+ at Heroic (or 3+ at Paragon, or 4+ at Epic) in bizarre situations, though it's easiest at Epic in the right groups (ones that kill things so quickly they never need to use at-wills).

Which means that GGWP on its own is better than SWP for most characters, at all tiers, unless they also take Weapon Focus. Which they definitely can, but if they can finagle a feat that gives them an effective +1 damage from some other source (or equivalent/better amount of fun/versatility), they're likely better off with that.

I love, LOVE Brutal.

Then again, I'm playing a striker class that has its extra damage mechanic kick in at the DM's whim, and getting a 1 or a 2 on my d12 stinks. And getting to reroll that and say "Brutal!" is just fun on a bun. Though after 4 1s, I have to switch my dice.
