good rogue PrCs vs. undead?

There's the feat Razing Strike in the CAdv. It allows you to sneak attack an undead or construct by sacrificing spell slots.

You also get attack and damage bonuses based on the level of the spell slot you used. It has to be a divine spell for undead and an arcane spell for constructs, though.

Is it possible to get divine spells or arcane spells without taking a divine or arcane class? Arcane Disciple only expands arcane spells, and specifically says so. I know there are also ways to pick up arcane spell-like abilities, even 1st-level ones, but that's still not enough.
