Shadowdark Good starting shadowdark adventure to use with kids?

The Waking of Willowby Hall probably wouldn’t be too difficult to run in Shadowdark. It was designed for Knave 2e.

I've been reading through Dragontown, and while in many ways it's very kid-friendly, it also just has a lot more world-building and NPC-interaction than I think my kids are really interested in. Mostly they just want to go into dungeons and explore, not walk around town talking to NPCs while looking for clues to figure out "What's Going On?"(tm). I can probably adapt Dragontown for that purpose, but it's not really designed for that purpose.

In some ways I think Dragontown was created as an attempt to create a kid-friendly version of the kind of world adult gamers want to explore, but I'm not sure the kids themselves want that. At least, not mine.
