Joker. Hannibal can't predict the Joker nor analyze him, so his superior intellect is for naught. The Joker is a more primal evil than Hannibal.

Vader. Moriarty is a scheming genius, but Vader can read minds, throw objects around, choke people with his thought and has a mean swordarm. Moriarty is too focused on trying to one up his nemesis, whereas Vader seeks nothing but galactic dominance.

1. Joker- Batman's basically a Hannibal Lecter whom doesn't eat people (as far as we know) and joker bests him on more than one occasion. REgardless on if he's caught or not he kills some people, causes havok, maims an ally here and there and still gets a Good laugh .

2. Vader- Heck, I sat through 12 hours of movies for this guy and stood in lines for twice as long. Vader was always a wild card and you didn't know until the end of Jedi that he'd turn on the emperor. Did he do it to help Luke or because (now we know) he knew eventually this was his chance to kill the emperor before the emperor killed yet another apprentice.

First off, let me say that I am thrilled that the starving coyote (who is in no way a true villian) got eaten by someone with a....more sinister hunger.

With that being said:

Joker

Vader

Aaand it's down to the wire.

The Joker takes Hannibal in an ingenious death trap when Hannibal makes the critical mistake of trying to understand the fundamentally chaotic. Winner: the Joker.

And Darth tries to choke off Moriarty's monologue, only to discover it was actually a minion _dressed_ as Moriarty, and Moriarty is actually behind him with a stolen lightsaber! Winner: Prof. Moriarty.
