If a character is both Concealed and Invisible, does an opponent attempting to strike the character have to roll against the miss chance twice?

However, if a creature was both incorporeal and invisible, there would be two miss chance rolls, one for concealment and one for incorporeality (provided there's no ghost touch weapon involved).
