Grand Moff Tarkin was always creepy to me as a kid. An almost stereotypically evil Brit-type. So polite, controlled and malicious. And Peter Cushing had the cheekbones of evil.

This Marvel Comics villain is as chaotic evil as they come, and he revels in it. He just wants to kill people, thats it. Everytime he murders somehow, he feels that he's accomplished something. He revels in pain and death. They don't get more evil than Carnage.
