In the Fast Hero description, Improved Reaction is listed as an advanced talent; however, it's listed as an ordinary one in the talent description. Which one is correct? I'm going with non-advanced, but I'd like to know the official answer.

It's advanced.

You can also see its proper placement in the Talent tree table at the beginning of the talent chapter. It looks like I just forgot to put the [advanced] tag on it in the description.
