The Daughters have a grip on the city of sin. Avernus. The city is full of gambling, sex, greed and backstabbing. No one knows who the Daughters are but their symbol is widely known. A rose. They are a crime syndicate and a spy network, preferring to deal in secrets and peoples temptations.
If a Daughter wants to be found, they will be found and will dissappear just as quickly. They use their resources to make their clients wildest dreams come true. Even if its not exactly what they want.
