Half-Dragon Ageing

Is there any official information on the lifespan of a Half-Dragon?
Is it the same as the Base race's?
Is it the average of a Dragon's and the Base Race's?
Is it the same as the Dragon parent's?

I kind of handle this the cheap way. Take the lifespan of the base creature and add 5d10+10 years. Seems to work ok.

It appears that the aging is intended to be the same as the base creature.

Form the template:

It uses all the base creature’s statistics and special abilities except as noted here.

I would consider aging to generally fall in there somewhere.

I also don't see too much game effect in letting them get older.

For most templates I use the base creatures age. But that seems kind of odd in the case of a half dragon. You would think they would live just "a bit" longer than a human, seeing as how dragons can live for thousands of years. Mostly, it just adds a little flavor, especially since your character is probably going to die long before you get old anyway.
