Half-Dragons using weapons and biting

So I'm making a 6th level ranger Half Dragon who uses a 2 bladed sword. When he full attacks he gets 4 attacks (2 for having a BAB of +6 and 2 for Two Weapon and Improved Two weapon fighting) with the 2 bladed sword, does he also get a natural secondary attack with his bit at -5? It seems to indicate this in the entry describing half dragons and full attack actions but I wanted to make sure by getting feedback from the boards, thanks.

Edit: While I'm on the subject, anyone got and good name suggestions for a human half brass dragon ranger?
