Handy Haversack in Antimagic Field

Here's a better question:

What if you put something in the normal bag space while in the Anti-Magic Field? What happens when you leave and the bag accessed extradimensional space again?

Interesting. I think the item would fall through into extradimensional space when you next opened (use-activated) the bag outside the antimagic field. If the extra dimensions were already filled to capacity then the bag would rip when opened.

What about the putting a Potable Hold inside one while in the field, then tossing it out of the field? Would, upon someone opening it, you get a cartoon-like explosion in the character's face as the dimensions rip apart?

To achieve the results I want, I must put the bag in the hole, which I cannot do in an AMF. Merely putting the hole in the bag just opens up a gate to the astral plane.

Easy.

Cast Dispel Magic on the bag, to suppress it and make it non-magical for 1d4 rounds. Place non-magical bag in magical hole.

I'm not sure what the goal is, though. Putting the bag in the hole causes a rift in which the bag and hole are lost, but nothing happens to nearby creatures.

Placing the hole in the bag opens a gate that sucks creatures through. Isn't that what you're trying to achieve by throwing it to the PCs?

Wow... my new reading glasses suck :(.

I feel like a larger idiot now. Do I lose my paladinhood because of this?
