If you want material for a 15th level game where 99.99% of the game-world inhabitants are ants to be crushed beneath your feet, then perhaps Harn is not really your thing
However, if you have any need for well-designed, well-mapped villages, keeps and sites, the Harnic stuff is difficult to beat.
I've never found TSR/Wizard's cartography to my liking, and I prefer a slightly lower magic setting. Though I don't play Harnmaster and have never used Harn as a world in its own right, I've found the high quality of the less world-specific support material worth the slight premium. But then I'm a map nut...
