Has anyone converted Temple of Elemental Evil to 3e?

Has anyone out there done a conversion of Temple of Elemental Evil for 3e? I've done some web searches and found conversions for some of the monsters, but I was looking for something a little more comprehensive.

I remember hearing a long time ago that someone was in the process of doing a conversion, but has anything come of that?

Why is it "crap"? I was going to run my PCs through it sooner or later (after we finish the original Temple) but I'd hate to lead them into a bunk adventure. The cover looks good...

I own it, but I haven't run anyone through the whole adventure yet, but essentially, its a gigantic dungeon crawl. A good, gigantic dungeon crawl, but a crawl nonetheless. Personally, the huge Crater Ridge Mine Section looks like it could get tedious, plus there are some nonsensical encounters in it, but they can be easily cut out.
I'm sure someone else can give a better review, but that's the lowdown.

T1 Village of Hommlet.

the promised T2 Temple of Elemental Evil...i waited 5 years for that one. when it was released as T1-4 i was sadly disappointed. it was rife with errata. but it was still better than any attempt to return to...

return to returns to the mistakes of the T1-4 not the good stuff of T1.

i feel sorry for you. the Originals are much better.

S1 tomb of horrors
S2 white plume mountain
s3 expedition to the barrier peaks
s4........well maybe not s4 as s4

but still s1-4 realms of horror or whatever it was called sucks in comparison

the same with g1, g2, g3 vs. g1-3

and b1,b2,b3,...b9 vs. b1-9

and i3,i4,5 vs. i3-5

and so on and so on and....
