The five golden buttons at the top right corner of the screen are as follows (Clockwise from top left button):

Mood Lighting: Changes screen tint to darker (night), bright (day), reddish (campfire) and... one other that escapes me at the moment.

Color Scheme: Changes the color of the dice.

Character Selection: New and old characters can be selected from window.

Module Activation.

Quick Combat Stats?: Name, Initiative, Hit Points, Wounds, Condition, etc. (It's the parchment looking window in the right, bottom of the linked screen).

I downloaded the Full version.

As I said I haven't been able to delve into deeply. But I have given both the character gen and adventure gen a shot
and I have to say I am very pleased with it

it gives you all of the basic classes and races, spells, to work with. I am still trying to discover how to do stats. But it'll come in due time. The interface is nice and spread apart so its good that it doesn't get conjested not to mention the right click menus all have labels when you roll over the various options

once my finals are done, I'll toy with it a bit more and give you a better review. but until then my decision stands at it being a worthwhile buy. Ecspecially with me being up at college and my group back home it'll make it so we can still play.

That sounds really cool and the site for it makes it seem impressive.

Does everyone using it (DM & Players) have to be online at the same time to use it? Or can you just post maps and narrative and let the players respond whenever they get online?

Does it contain the whole SRD?
It certainly appears to (though in small, easy to navigate chunks). I'll have to look closer at it when I have time this evening.

Also, another cool feature Goblin-King, a developer, mentioned that I think will come in very, very handy.

The numpad is used for sheet bookmarks. The topmost sheet is stored in one of the numbers by keeping it pressed for around a second (it'll blink to indicate this). After that you can bring it to the top by tapping the key. It's kind of like storing stations on a car radio.

The purpose of the bookmarks is that during a live gaming session, you often get several sheets stacked on your screen - the character sheet, various maps, detail scale drawings, and if you're the GM, monsters, story book entries and so on. Usually you'd just push these a bit further on the table but the screen is smaller than a real live table, so we provide this shortcut to finding the essential sheets quickly.
They've obviously put a lot of thought into this program. I'm going to try to put together an adventure just to see how it works sometime soon, but I work 3 12-hour shifts in the SICU this weekend and probably won't have time to start until Monday evening at the earliest. I'll be sure to let people know who easy it is for a clueless guy to do.

It's definitely an "everyone on line at the same time" kind of program. It's basically (at ground level) a chat program with other windows for drawing/character/file-sharing added on. It's all real time.

I'm perhaps being a little simplistic as it also can do dice, also. Keep in mind it does not have a map drawing program (such as CC2) included. All the pictures of maps on the screenshot pages are loaded bit-maps with layers over the top of them, EXCEPT for the one that looks like a sketch (upper right corner window) which is a simple sketching program you can do with a mouse or a drawing pad thingy.

I bought the full version and while I am in the middle of exams and can't give a full review right now, I can tell you that this thing is VERY impressive at first glance.

I briefly read the user manual and played with it for an hour, and I have yet to come across anything major in my mind that the app does not have...time will tell, though.

ENWorlders should note that they have said they will release a demo version soon...keep your ears open and your eyes to the ground for that.
