D&D 4E Heads up! All 4e threads being moved into new 4e forum

We've made a new 4e forum specifically for your viewing pleasure. You'll see it as a sub-forum. All existing 4e threads will be moved there, and all new 4e threads should be started there.

That happens to be a new feat in 4E.

I went over to check out the 4e forum, but it is tough to find stuff because it is all the same category (4e).

I would suggest categories based on the standard PHB chapters

4E
Abilities
Classes
Combat
Equipment
Feats
General
Humor
Magic
Magic Items
Monsters
Races
Skills
Spells

Might also need categories like OGL, D&D Insider, Dungeon, Dragon, Settings, Art.

Change is scary, and right now some people want to avoid 4e until it launches. I'm not one of those folks, but I understand it. So we'll make sure that for now 4e threads don't overwhelm the general forum.

Incidentally, "segregated away" is a far more negative connotation than I'd make -- this is to help keep all 4e threads in one place, and to make sure that other threads don't get drowned out in these first heady days. My guess is that we'll re-merge the new forum and the General forum at some point before launch.

We won't move 3e threads into their own forum; once the forums are merged at some point, they'll just share.
