I multiclassed my shaman with the feat that gives him Healer's Lore
For the basic healing power that I use twice and encounter how does healer's lore affect the healing.
My wis is 18 so I get a +4 bonus to powers with the Healing keyword, that restore hitpoints, correct?
For clerics healing word it seems straight forward but for the shaman's power i'm confused.
Do I allow an ally to use a HS and add +4 to it, while also healing an ally adjacent to my companion for 1d6 +4?
Does it work with the at-will power that lets an ally regain HP when a monster leaves a square adjacent to my companion?
Or does healers surge not work for powers that just allow you to surge?
In general what are the restrictions when multiclassing this class feature. For example does it add wis to the Bard's majestic word power?
