Healing Potions and Strongheart Tatoo

When you take a healing potion you only get 10 HP.

But with the Strongheart tatoo everytime you use a surge you get extra HP back equal to the amount of surges you have used for that day.

So if you have used 5 surges that day, and you use a healing potion do you get back 15 HP or not ?

I'd say yes. You have to spend a healing surge to benefit from the potion.
