*Anvuss waves the air sword at the disembarking soldiers in a threatening manner. They don't seem too impressed.*

"Surrender, criminal, or we will use force if necessary," one of the soldiers commands.

 

[Patlin]

"I am no criminal. I had taken but two steps into this land when I was attacked by unreasoning goons dressed in uniforms such as your. What manner of bandits are you, to level accusations at a stranger and attack without parley?"

Anvuss keeps the air sword at the ready.

 

[Rystil Arden]

*One of the other soldiers points to the unmoving bodies of the other guards.*

"This one has tried to destroy our brethren. It is probably a Clank allied with the Terrorist Rogue Spark that kidnapped the Baron's daughter. We need to strike to subdue now and ask questions later."

*He fires at Anvuss with his spark-shooting crossbow and misses, but another guard nods in agreement and fires a successful shot, deactivating Anvuss for the moment.*

(OOC: They beat him at initiative. Anyway, that was his plan to begin with. We'll see what Kharas does in the meantime)

[Velmont]

OOC: +10 to hide... if he was good at it, it could eb cool, but he isn't, so he will try to make the invisibility cloak, using extra thelanium to make it faster.

 

[Patlin]

If Anvuss were concious, he'd be hoping that Kharas will manage to remain undetected as the enemy gathers up their wounded and withdraws. As he is not, he is having an odd dream involving sheep like constructs attempting an armed breakout from the pasture in which they are kept.

 

[Rystil Arden]

*Kharas barely manages to finish the 1 Minute duration Invisibility Cloak as the ship is approaching, and he activates it while Anvuss is distracting them. Of course, if they pursue a thorough search, the cloak's power will fade. But now he has a full minute of invisibility to pursue his plan further.*

 

[Velmont]

If he can do so unoticed, Kharas will grabs a crossbow and a stun mace of one of the guards, in case he need to fight again. These guards are poor fools manipulated by a member of house Cannith who pretend to be a god... which is a lie, but a pretty convincing lies considering what he can do himself.

He will then exit the building and see if there isn't a way to hide on this island, or a way to enter the ship unoticed. For now, he isn't sure what teh best thing to do.

*Kharas can easily grab the two pieces of equipment before the others get here, though if they do a count, they'll notice that there is missing equipment. There are places he could hide on the island, but all of them are possibly vulnerable to an extended search. He could always keep making these cloaks of invisibility--they take less time than their duration to create.*

 

[Velmont]

OOC: How much time would it take him if he garbs some of his bolt head and add it to his boots to makes studs with them and then enchant them as a spider climb boots so he can stick under the floating island waiting for the guards to leave? How long would they last?
