Here's my thought, and you might wanna look up this in the PH since i'm at work. Look up what an Opportunity Attack really is. If it says a basic attack then ok. Now here's the thing. HBO turns an OP into an At-will. Therefore, your attack is no longer considered an OP its actually you using an At-will power. There, the TWO would no longer be viable since it is triggered by the use of an OP. When you ellected to use HBO to turn an OP into an at-will i think that by OP definition you are just using an at-will power in a good situation, so no chain even though yes it is cool as hell to think about

No. HBO doesn't replace an OA with an at-will, it replaces the basic melee attack component of the OA with an at-will. You're still making an OA.
