Help! -- Cleric stuff

The best I've ever been at impressing others with a cleric was the melee cleric. Strength domain, power attack, martial weapon proficency(greatclub) cast brambles (complete divine). With an 18 in strength to start, you can do 1d10+14 in a single hit at third level. Its not a game breaker, but it is impressive.

You have to be a shapechanger (changeling of shifter in Eberron) withouth a specific deity in order to pick the transformation domain.

My bad. Cancel that part of the plan then and stick with the divine power build.

Yes. It even makes Divine Power into 24hour/day spell.

And that is a combo many DMs consider to be broken. So you would better talk with your DM. .... or may not

At a +6 modifier, it's pretty steep. If you ude it, make sure you have some divine feats or when you're ep some improved metamagics

Kristivas, I was more curious about the XPH- since Eberon uses psionics, you might have fun using one of the races from that book, like Half-Giants or Githzerai...

Among the Eberon races, I'd stick to human or Warforged.

Gonna stick with human. If I made a warforged.. well, no.. I can't do it! No warforged!

I'd have to spend at least 1 game with a LE warforge who considered humans/demihumans "meatbags" and just wanted to slaughter (think HK-47 from KotOR).

Plus, the healing spells of a cleric asn't as effective to a warforged (because yes, I'd want to have that Juggernaut PrC if I made a WF).
