Help! I can't see my feat! (Bluff as ME action)

So many moons ago I think I saw a feat somewhere that allows a bluff an a move equivalent action, but now I can't find it. Looked in PHB (3.5e), Song and Silence, Complete Warr, etc etc. Any ideas?
