Help me about Expanded Psionics Handbook

What are some things you can do with your psionic focus? Can you give me some examples?

I think the only thing you can do with it "by itself" is take 15 on a concentration check (you expend your focus, and you're treated as if you rolled a 15 on the check).

These feats require you to be psionically focused in order to use them, but do not expend the focus: Ghost attack, Psionic dodge, Speed of thought, and Up the walls.

These feats (and their Greater versions) require expending psionic focus: All metapsionic feats, Aligned attack, Deep Impact, Fell Shot, Focused sunder, Mental leap, Power penetration, Psionic Charge, Psionic Endowment, Psionic Fist, Psionic Shot, Psionic Weapon, Return Shot, Unavoidable Strike, and Wounding Attack.
