Of you scroll down the Forums you will come to Talking the Talk and Playing the Game. The first is the OOC lists and character sheets for the various games in Playing the Game. Feel free to check some of them out.

Which category will more likely attach players? Talking the talk or playing the game

Usually they are used together. You make a proposal/recruiting thread in Talking the Talk to see who is interested. That eventually switches over to become your OOC thread. Then you make a Rogues Gallery thread, a place to keep all your character sheets together in a nice, easy to find place. Both of these are done in Talking the Talk. When you have your players and are ready to start play, then you make a game thread in Playing the Game.
