Or, you could just name her Nigel.

Sadly, they killed her before they got to know her. None of her minions survived either. Hmm, unless there were some out on patrol. If that were the case, they'd consider her a martyr. Heck, maybe they'd even spread the tale of their Divine and Fearsome leader so far and wide that eventually she would be worshiped as a kind of kobold goddess. Of course, that would mean that every kobold would consider it a matter of honor to exterminate the filthy big people who killed her....

Have the few on patrol come back, find the bodies. Have the wisest among them dedicate themselves to Kurtulamak(kobold god) in order to seek revenge on the killers. Then have them go from kobold community to kobold community, charging other kobolds with a divine order to exterminate the murderers of their sacred leader.

Or maybe a Naga will be wondering where her apprentice went, and who stole that nice magic item which she was actually just lending to her apprentice...

Go with the long name and the "The Naga" and have every kobold who mentions her pronounce the full name wrong, and perhaps even differently each time.

Perhaps, you let the remaining kobold community build a pyramid in her memory, as she was brought back to unlife by her naga benefactor, so she might haunt the characters later as a mighty undead figure a la Necropolis .
