Help Me Pick An Adventure

I'm thinking of DMing for a group of 7 people. There are 2-3 people around age 10, 2 around age 15, and 2 around 45. I'm trying to find an adventure that will fit all of them. What I'm looking for is (I think)

- Fast paced/Interesting, they can get bored pretty easily
- Not that much role-playing, I like it, but it's hard to do with them
- Something that will allow them to be pretty high level (around 10) either starting off or with fast advancement
- Campaign generic, or easily adaptable to any campaign.

I'm not really sure what I need, but I'm trying to keep their interest in the game and the current DM (and players) are getting burned out.

(I liked the current adventure path in Dungeon, but we've already done most of that)

Thanks a LOT,
Pugio

The Heart of Nightfang Spire is what you are looking for, but be warned: It can chew up and spit out PCs faster than you can make them. The PCs had better be tough.

Not played it, but it sounds like RTTOEE may fit your group?

RttToEE starts at level 4 and then goes up. I think he wants to start at level 10 (or higher). Otherwise, RttToEE would be perfect for his group.

I'll look into those two, thanks for the input.
One more thing, now that I think about it, we have had problems in the past of one (big melee) character hogging all the [fighting] action. Hopefully, an adventure can be found that will present opportunities for other classes to participate. If not, I can always add those in myself, I'm not totally helpless:)

Hearts of Nightfang Spire - still looking at that, is it part of a series or stand alone (of course it could be made stand-alone, but is it naturally that)?

Temple of Evil - I don't mind starting at a lower level, I was just throwing stuff out here. I've heard quite a lot about this adventure, it seems very famous dating back to early D&D. It sounds interesting, I'll look into it further.

Do either of these have some puzzle type stuff in them too? I think my players would like that.

I know all of this is a tall order, thanks for all the help you've given me (keep them coming:)).

A good starting pair of adventures if you can find them would be NeMoren's Vault and then follow it up with The Silver Summoning. NeMoren's Vault has a good starting point of bringing in new characters without having to resort to the "you meet in a tavern" cliché.

I'll second Nightfall's suggestion for using almost anything from Necromancer games. I own most of their adventures and they offer many challenging situations certain to keep your party on their toes.

NeMoren's Vault is a good starting adventure, as previously mentioned. But if you would like something that could last for a while, you may want to check out the Dungeon Crawl Classics series. They are stand-alone adventures, but they increase in power nicely. It may not be the high-level stuff you're looking for, but I ran #1(Idylls of the Rat King) and the guys I was playing with had a blast, and so did I.
