Believe it or not, practice for my sons' little league baseball starts in mid-February. But I will be coaching on of their teams, and can juggle practices as I see fit. So I should be available Feb. 24, although I may miss part of the time for a baseball practice.

nothing hard to believe. it was 72F/22C on saturday. i had daffodils in bloom.

I would be interested and maybe 1-2 other gamers from my area. I would crash at my mom-in-laws and drive in from Macon for the day.

I need to see how far from work the site is. If it's at the Gaming Pit I could be there as early as 12:45. It might be safer to say 1. What about staggered start times? I would hate to wait until 4 to get into a game. I guess those that run late could throw together a game.

I hear ya Aeson. I'm not sure how to set up a timetable that will meet with everyone's needs.

If we are going to have this thing, what we really need are a small group of DMs to commit to running games. Then we can sell those game slots at whatever time is best to on multiple boards. Once we get committed DMs securing the location and promoting on a bunch of other boards is easy.

I was hoping we could get a few here to list an event, description, and maximum numbers of players. Times would be good too though. I'm not thrilled by the 11-1am shop hours, but maybe we could do a couple staggered game instead of 2 sets.

I have a suggestion. Have some regular slots (e.g., 11:30 to 3:30, 4 to 8, 8:30 to close) and some staggered slots (e.g., 12:30 to 5, 2 to 6:30, 5 to 9:30, 7 to 11:30), and 1 or 2 tables for open gaming.
