Help With Building a Githyanki Duelist?

First Post
I'm looking to build a Githyanki Duelist for a game.

Basically I'm trying for:
Good Damage (Prob a Striker)
Light Armor or even no armor.
Fast on his feet (Acrobatics, Athletics)
Socially Capable (Diplomacy, Bluff)
Sword(longsword or rapier) and Gun(flintlock pistol).

And because of the Githyanki part, it's important that I attack the enemy head on. Backstabbing and sneaking about are things I want to avoid, making the traditional rogue build less than good.

The GM is pretty reasonable. If it's well-balanced, homebrew stuff should work fine as well, but if there's a good way for me to build it without houserules, even better.

A quick search turns up nothing for me though. :/

Monk would sortof work if you changed up the weapons and swapped out some of the powers, and rogue would work except I'd be playing a character who wouldn't want stealth or to attack people through flanking unless largely outnumbered.

Infernal/Star/Dragon King Pact Githyanki Warlock with a focus on Eldritch Strike and reflavoring the rod implement as a magic gun. Or, if you want to skip back a bit on the damage, going shielding swordmage is always good. Either option works, really.

If you're willing to work with dragon stuff, rogue with the Flash of the Blade from Dragon 381 lets you sneak attack any opponent not adjacent to another creature. A cunning rogue with that would fit.

Alternately, you could use a a Marauder ranger (MP2), since they focus on dual wielding melee and ranged weapons.

Or a monk using the Unseen Hand paragon path (hand crossbow focused, psi-power).
