Help with Stats

I need to know the base stats (base attack, fort, ref, will, number of skill points [unmodified by intellegence], hit die, and special abilities) given to a lvl 5 rogue/3 assassin/2 shadow dancer. I don't have the DM's guide. Can anyone help?

Fort: +1 (R) +1 (A) +0 (S) = +2

Ref: +4 (R) +3 (A) + 3 (S) = +10

Will: +1 (R) +1 (A) + 0 (S) = +2

Hit Die: 5d6 (R) + 3d6 (A) + 2d8 (S) = 8d6 + 2d8

Skill Points: 64 (R) + 12 (A) + 12 (S) = 88

Special Abilities:

Rogue: Sneak Attack 3d6, Trapfinding, Evasion, Trap Sense +1, Uncanny Dodge (R)

Assassin: Sneak Attack 2d6, Death Attack, Poison Use, +1 save against Poison, Improved Uncanny Dodge, Spells

Shadowdancer: Hide in Plain Sight, Evasion, Darkvision, Improved Uncanny Dodge

Assassin Spells Known: 1st: 3, 2nd: 2
Assassin Spells per Day: 1st: 2, 2nd: 0

Yeah, but the real question is....did you do it from memory??

Hit dice, skill points, BAB, saves, Sneak attack dice, and Rogue abilities were totally from memory (although, actually, I'd just memorized the formulas on most of them).

The PrC special abilities and spells I had to look up.
