HELP!!! I have never played D&D Before, but I would like to I don't have anything, however I downloaded a character sheet. What products do I need to start/play? Please help! Also, how do i fill out this character sheet! HELP!!!

Check out this site SRD it has all the core rules for free in RTF.

edit: The SRD does not have information on the experience system but you do not have to have those rules to play.

Caution: The SRD doesn't contain information on character creation.

You can use the SRD to have a peak at the system, but to really learn, you'll need the Player's Handbook. My tip: get in contact with an existing group and ask them if you can watch for a session or two. Gaming Stores might help you with that.
