I'm also going to guess Alejandro, but not by Sylar. I'm gonna go with the Company. Reasoning is that he's not a regular, but his twin sister is.

I was going to say that on another thread last week - but it seems that actor who plays Alejandro, Shalim Ortiz, has been signed as a recurring role, as has like the actress who plays Maya. Neither have been promoted to "series regular" yet. So I don't think the underlying fact you are relying upon to arrive at your conclusion is correct. Otherwise, I would totally agree with this logic.

She's listed on the Cast page on the main site (www.nbc.com/heroes/); I'd consider that regular status.

One possibility: If Alejandro does get killed by Sylar (and he can get his power-munching power back) that would mean Maya has to stay with him to keep from killing scads of people. She could become his unwilling pawn to go places he can't.

I'm still sticking with Mr.s Petrelli, though. Even though she got the best line in the season so far: "I wasn't sleeping with Kaito. Not for a long time..."

Today was a big day! Sylar killed Derek aka I stole the Nissan Mcgruffin and more importantly, we know who the Nightmare Man is and several character have placed themselves in a position to be rail roaded into the grave.

Endangered Characters:
1. Molly
2. Alejandro

4. Noah 'HRG" Bennett
5. "White Beard"

Threatened Characters: Characters who are likely to die, or but are not in immediate danger.

McGruffen Characters (Only likely to die in season finally):

When I last put in my guess it was for an unknown unitroduced character. I am now changing my guess to Bob. When he was just Mo's boss I was giving him till the end of the season (like HRG's boss). Now that he is now a member of the original group I give him a much shorter lifespan.

The next death however will not be main/supporting character but the next random guy Sylar hits over the head with a blunt object for getting in his way.

Alright... Given that I now am convinced that West is protected, I'm changing my vote.. I'm dead certain that Alejandro is going to bite it, but I'm not joining Alejandro must die wagon yet.
