Hidden but Adjacent and attacking :)

It's okay, but not to my taste for playability. That's lots of rolling. And, once you are hidden, the enemy doesn't know where you are located unless he beat your check. Note that the DM will have to roll opposed spot checks for every bad guy once per round with this tactic.

Isnt my Stealth Roll compared against the enemy's "Passive" Perception ?
Or do you mean on their turn, if they actively look for me and use a "Minor Action" to do that, or is that a free action ??

Yes, your roll is vs. passive perception, but surely all the bad guys that can spare a minor (it's a minor) will look, too? Maybe I exaggerated by saying "have to." Sorry about that. Anyway, here's the relevant quote:

FIND A HIDDEN CREATURE

Make a Perception check to try to find a hidden creature (see “Stealth”). If a creature finds a hidden creature, it might point the hidden creature out to others, resulting in them knowing its location.
Minors are easy to come by for bad guys and given enough minions there should be some success.

Okay thats all good, this is just another option, so sounding it out to get the rules correct.

1. If they are inteligent or smart enough to do a Perception roll and spot me and alert the others:
A. Are they still at -5 TH.
B. Do I know that they have spotted me, do I know I have CA still, as if I think they have spotted me, then I will try CA another way the next round.

Using the Ranged option, I can still chose Superior cover to hide behind, then they cant percieve me ???, such as around a corner.

Using the melee option, I can still manoever around for Flanking etc

A. Yes, the others are still at -5 for total concealment, but now they know which square to target. Note, however, that area effects (including bursts and blasts) do not suffer from concealment penalties, even total concealment. Any enemies having these should therefore make it their priority to target you...always.

B. Yes (I think so) and you have CA only against those who can't see you.

(C.) Superior != total cover. If you can't see them, they can't see you.

OMG +5 to all Defences, all day long, I didnt realise that.
WOW this is massively powerful :)

Yes, total concealment against anyone who can't see you, as long as you have the cover/concealment to gain Hiding from them in the first place and don't move. So, it's kind of situational. But, like I said it's a certain style of play and not personally to my liking because (a) it slows down play tremendously, (b) as a DM I have to use the same tactics over and over again. Basically, all area (burst/blast) attacks thus get targeted on you and whenever any opponent can see you, then they should target you. All others shouldn't. What does this mean? It means you only get target by those who DON'T get the -5 penalty, and everyone will target you as much as possible.
