High level adventure

Sqwonk

First Post
As change of pace for my group, I am looking to run a high level (15-20)
module/adventure. I am looking for a good mix of story and combat.

Any suggestions?

Well, it may have been the first thing you thought of, but possibly Bastion of Broken Souls?

If you want them to have a huge dungeon that will gradually lure them in, and get progressively harder, and be so huge and labyrinthine that it will take them several sessions to clear it all (if it doesn't kill them), then I recommend Rappan Athus I, II, & III by Necromancer Games (note that those are all separate purchases). Make sure to stop by their website for the web enhancements to those adventures also!

In no particular order, check out Gary Gygax's Necropolis (published by Necromancer Games), Rob Kuntz's Dark Druids (by Troll Lords Games), Demons & Devils (by Necromancer Games), and Black Ice Well (by Monkey God).

All would require tweaking to begin at 15th level, but would be worth it.

I am not really looking for a huge dungeon crawl. Some crawling is fine - but i would like a good mix of roleplaying and combat possibilities.

This is more of an interlude to our nromal campaign. So it should last less than ten sessions (5 hrs each).

Any other suggestions?

Has anybody played Bastion of Broken Souls by WOTC?
Comments?

The review section here gave it pretty good reviews.

Based on your first comments, I would avoid BoBS myself, and look at other more-story-oriented modules.

Based on that, I would not check into Necropolis because it's too long, and probably not Demons & Devils from NG since they're three mini-adventures (though still quite extensive especially if you use the free web downloads).
