Yup, you just dropped below kreynolds to third on the list.

Well, if they delete ALL Hivepost, I'll still have some 4000 form story hour and mixed silliness... :)

Just out of curiosity...why the big worry over saving old Hives? I mean, its not like you guys go back and read them periodically during your free time...is it?

I do it, not everyday, but I've done it several times.

But it's because for me some of those threads have some deep meaning, specially the ones by late october...

Uh, no. No, of course not, that would be silly. Heh heh.

The meta threads have been saved by someone, right?

I'm still trying to figure out how you save threads, without being a board admin...

Unless you save each page to a folder...sheesh. Has to be a better way I am missing

Welp, it was nice being #10 for a few minutes
Oops, I didn't make it to 10th, I think I was 12th or 11th. Hey, this way I get to hit 4000 again, hopefully when someone is there to celebrate with monkeys!:)

Being curious, but not having those saved, is that a hint I should ask? I didn't start Hiving until a few weeks ago.

You know. I would like to read some of those original threads. It history of a sorts.

I have chats from someone very dear to me from 5 years ago that I still read sometimes. She is gone now, and those chats are one of the few things I can really hold on to, if you will forgive the metaphor. The written word has a power, especially when its immediatly personal, and meaningful. That power is that you can relive it, refresh the memory. Sometimes we remember things the way we wish them to be, but when you can relive it, re read it, you can fully experience it again.

Or, perhaps, see its with eyes unclouded.
