No, Jim is doing BOTH gigs.

His boss LOVES him now.

He is project lead for all RPG projects at Udon now. And that's a bunch suddenly.

They are doing ALL the art for the DragonLance d20 monster book.

And they just TURNED DOWN Paizo on a short-notice job because they are too busy. One of Paizo's artist's jumped ship last-minute so they came begging for Udon to take the gig, but only with one week to deliver.

Jim is rocking!

Edit: night all, 1:30 equals time to get SOME sleep before running my lvl 18 Oathbound game tomorrow.

Not a lot.. just got home from work.. doing some layout on a project.. you?

Just arrived at work, But Im still waiting on specs so I can start building. What is the talk about today? ( I hate time zones, it seems I always miss the really good conversations, when Im sleeping).

and Im rereading Carnifexes steam book, to see if I can find anything wrong with it. So It can be perfect when Hellhound gets it for publication

We were discussing the Monte cook review of 3.5 thread, but then everything just dies.. as the Hive does..

I'm glad the steam book will see production somewhere.. I know we're recycling some of the steampunk stuff I did for Emerald Sage (R.I.P) into something new for Emerald Press.

I am looking forward to some great progress for us soon.. I even did a pitch for a once announced book whose author disappeared.. I hope it turns out to be approved. Right now I have art and layput work to do for an upcoming product.

I wasn't originally going to do the art.. but the artist that was assigned is not turning out work as we'd hoped. So as Art Director and LEad Artist I get to step up to the plate..

Outstanding! I just got back from vacation.. school starts back up monday and I'm back to the 40 hour a week grind at the paper.. not to mention the one to two reviews a week I do for our technology section..

Life is getting busy again.. now If I could parlay some of these activities into income generators..
