Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut. I just started reading it and that line just seemed to say so much.

I have read very little Vonnegut. Lately I have not been reading much of anything, really. Somehow, now that I have plenty of time on my hands I rarely do so. Yet, when I was swamped with work and other concerns I always made time to read a few chapters each night.

I still have three unfinished books on my nightstand, which glare at me each night. I'll get to them eventually.
