Just watched Equilibrium for the second time. Bloody excellent film. If you haven't seen it - SEE IT! Seriously, best film I've seen for a long time. Superior to any of the Matrix films, IMO.

Ah, just finished with a long long session with two new gamers. Taught them the basics and ran them through a small little dungeon to get used to things...in two weeks, they join a group of three other new players to form one big group...amazingly fun for me.

That is so cool! I'm going through the same thing now with my kids - brings the game to a whole new level, seeing it through their eyes.

Heh, for me though its not exactly the same...seeing as most of them I'm teaching are only a year or two younger than me. Still, the more I look at it...the more I notice how young the kids that are 14 are...I'm only 3 years older, but it just seems like a long long time ago. Maybe I'm just years ahead of my time and feeling old too young.
