I have to differ from you on that on Alzrius. I like the Tenchi dub better. Might have to give the subtitled a go again though. Been a while.

Oh...never...ever...EVER watch Record of Lodoss Wars on dub. valley girl elves are wrong.

You won't be seeing any hentai on Adult Swim though, its still PG-13.

It doesn't have to be hentai to have naked women, but you still won't see them that way on Adult Swim. Things always get edited when televised here, no matter what. The hot spring episode of Outlaw Star, for example, was not on Adult Swim either, iirc.

Hehe, it's the sub-titled version :) Is it actually worth watching? I've heard mixed reactions.

Really??? Ryoko sounds like she's ancient, Tenchi sounds like he's in his mid-thirties (like the VA), and Ayeka sounds like she has some sort of nasal problem...thats what I think when I hear those dub voices anyway.

Ryoko is ancient...never thought of Tenchi sounding old...and Ayeka looks like she would have a nasal problem. :P

I wasn't implying that it did. Miscommunication, sorry. It will only be a short time I think. BBC America has already begun to show unedited movies, as has Oh!, and Oxygen. I think Cartoon Network has to play nice with the sensors for the time being, but soon anime might be shown in its unaltered state.

I simply meant that LA Blue Girl will never see American television, no matter how "enlightened" we may become on the subject.:D

She's been around a long time, but she's supposed to be a young girl in body and voice, but that voice doesn't do Ryoko justice. And Ayeka is supposed to sound cultured, not like her nose is pinched shut...*shudders* those voices literally pain me.
