Oh heck no.

Minimum is Profit Share, which could be anything. But they're trying to get funding, which would put me on Equity minimum - ie around £220 a week. Which would be nice.

I guess I would have to ask what she means by manual dexterity? I have run lab equipment before, and I am pretty good at wiring and installing home appliances and such.
