Congrats on the job, Skade. How's Brownsville? Don't they get a lot of hurricanes there? :D I'm fine, thanks. I saw X2 and Matrix: Reloaded a few weeks ago. I enojyed them both, but Matrix wass a bit confusing. Also I received the Homicide Seasons 1 & 2 DVDs in the mail.

Well, the *ahem* scenery is quite nice. Really right now its more likely to see a girl in a bikini than in clothes at the hotel, which is a good thing.

One of my coworkers is one of the most exotic looking women I have ever met, and really very sweet. Since for the first time in many years I am not management, I may have to actually consider asking her out sometime.

SteveJungI was wondering about your usertag! So "homicide junkie" refers to a TV show?

I loved x2. I actually wept in that movie. Matrix reloaded...I am so torn on that one. One one hand it was very pretty, but in plot it seemed a little lacking. Also, i never worried for anyone. I did like the Merovingian and Persephone, and the truth of the Oracle.

oh, Hurricanes? Yeah, they do get more than their fair share here. The hotel defintly closes for that. And if it doesn't i'll just go up to the 12th floor and have a great view of the storm!

Sounds nice. Good luck on that.

Yes. Homicide: Life on the Streets, 1993–1999, the best dang show on television. :) It was a cop show set in Baltimore.

The scene with the Architect confused me to no end. But it did look good.

I think the Architect was meant to confuse us, and Neo to an extent. I also think that the Architect is not telling the whole truth. I also have this fear that in the end, it will be becessary to keep the Matrix running after all, so that humanity will survive, as the outside world is still too scarred.

I really wonder about the Merovingian and Persephone, though. Is she human? Was he once the One? Will I have more Monica Bellucci in the next movie? Please!!!!

How is your new place? Another roomy?

Nope. Still a leech. I only started yesterday, and my bank account has seen better days. I moved in with my parents who moved here about nine months ago. The house is nice.

I will probably see about getting a place on the island if I stay here very long, but I do worry about hurricanes and all my personal belongings so I might live in the city. 30 miles makes a big difference with storm surges ya know.

I was looking at a house boat though. Might be nice to live on the water.
