Morning, Hive How are you today? I'm doing great - my Gaming Frontiers subscription arrived yesterday, and man, oh man, was it worth the wait! I have to admit that I was skeptical up until the package arrived but United Playtest really delivered in the end! 15 free books of yummy D20 goodness! Oathbound, Bluffside, Iron Kingdoms, Kalamar, Green Ronin - all this and more! Shoot, Oathbound and Forbidden Kingdoms alone would've cost me the $80 sunbsription price if I'd gone to a retailer. That and the magazine is pretty good, too.

Sorry, I know I sound like a salesman, but this is the best deal I've ever gotten in the RPG world and I'm just bursting with excitement now that I have all these new books to read

I saw The Mummy last night (the 90's version), and it's pretty good! Much better than I thought it was going to be.

I just bought "Good Omens" the other day. I figure I'll sit down and start reading it here in a little bit. Anybody gat any comments on it (no spoilers!). Is it any good?

It's outstanding. You might not get all of the references, some of them are very English (all the stuff about the M25, for example) but it's brilliant. Hopefully, one day a film shall be made, and I can play...well, anyone, to be honest!

It's not a spoiler, but the bit where a man jumps in through a window with a pistol in one hand, a rifle in the other, and a knife between his teeth and says "I glaim dis oteg in da name og de..." and then has to take the knife out and start again always makes me laugh out loud...

Any good? Any good? Man, its pure genius! I laughed and laughed the whole time I read it! Not really spoilers, either - my favorite bits are the Bible misprints and the Other Four Horseman
