Theoricaly, yes. There is other free stuff listed in the D20 Guide (including Umbragia, a free setting hosted on ENworld).

But Practicaly, the last time I read one of their netbook, it used many things from the WotC class book (the book of feat use divine feat).

So the big problem will be the number of updates, material taken out and in, finally 3 months old reviews might not accurately describe the product.

So should it be listed as a product? Furn you want to take care of it? That would mean all Netbooks are products right?

Sure, I will add it to my list. Hopefully the product will stay consistant for the sake of reviews.

One more thing, the product in the d20reviews must fulfil the criteria to use the d20 logo on their products, umbragia is free AND it also fulfil this criteria, as far as I know the netbooks doesn't do this.

But correct me if I'm wrong.

The problem with netbooks is that they are not a defined, constant thing that can be reviewed. They get changed all the time, much like a web page. This means that any reviews written might not actually be reviews of the product that currently exists - and we don't have the itme to go running round deleting reviews or editing product details every time the thing changes.

So, what is the call?

Should I not put them up?

I could put a disclaimer in each product description about the nature of netbooks.

If the Netbook Council says that a version is final, we can put it up. (For example the first Netbook of Classes)

Perhaps you might want to email the editors to confirm that no other changes other than errata will be done on them.

heh, he emailed me- and I pretty much asked him the same thing.

I feel bad about putting up netbooks that state they are unfinished- and at least one of the sites just has a dead link.

I'd say put just one "publisher" for all netbooks etc. Only add those confirmed as final. If the netbooks disappear, as they have a tendency to do, they get removed.
