Homebrew Dragonborn PP : Adamantium Scales

[FONT=&quot]Hi guys, I made this PP to better suit my character's aims, instead of being forced to take Favored Soul to gain a fly speed, I decided to try and remake it to be compatible somehow with wearing heavy armor for my dragonborn paladin to use.

I found Scion of Arkhosia to be terribly ineffectual at flight due to not granting a fly speed, and its PP features are confused and don't blend well with DragonBreath boosting feats. On top of this, taking Avatar of IO Epic Destiny overrides the level 11 and 16 features, as well as the level 12 power. EDs should build upon PPs, not entirely negate 2/3rds of the useful stuff in it, IMO.

This PP is purposefully compatible with any / all classes so long as you are Dragonborn and have taken or already have the feats for Scale armor. It allows fighters / paladins to fly around and take unarmored agility feat for an extra +2 AC on top of Scale, as well as the benefit 1/day of resist 5 all from masterwork plate. It's also compatible and thematically aligned with the Sorcerer's Platinum Scales, which is good too. Essentially, I didn't want to be forced to take Avatar of IO ED which I consider rather boring just to circumvent the bad flight characteristics of Scion, while being upset that Avengers get to fly around better than dragonborn. I think it's OK to only be able to hover once in a while, since it won't be useful in all combats.
