Most of these have to deal with hit points, maybe rethink what hit points represent to you, because in the game they are not meat points. Hit points are a combination of luck, skill, divine intervention, endurance, and physical injury.
Forcing random hit points will lead to random rolls determining long lasting and very impactful things about the character, the fighter who gets a few unlucky rolls isn't good at his job.
Damage in this game is no joke, look at the bulette it can jump on a small group for 6d6+8 or bite a single target for 4d12+4, and is a challenge 5 monster. Thats an average hit of 30 damage with it's bite, average crit or charge with you rules of 56 damage.
I think it is best to play without house rules for your first campaign then adjust it to taste, be careful.
