Yeah... I found it from Eric's site... But I forget where I found Eric's site... I think a friend in Everquest told me about it, back before Eric even went to rpgplanet...

The Yahoo AD&D players club pointed me towards Erics Site (march 2000 or so), and from there on I have never been gone for more than a week!

I obviously found out about EN World from Eric's site. I found Eric's site by a search engine; I visited it regularly, though I lurked for a year before I posted at all. When he moved from his mailbag account to a stormloader page and then his rpgplanet page, I lost track of where he had gone; after abiout 2 week of frantic searching, I found a link on another D&D page.

Sort of simultaneously through a friend who has never actually registered but lurks from time to time, and a search engine.

I've to say, this is easily my personal favorite RPG site by leaps and bounds!!

From the old Eric Noah site.

Way back in circa October '99, I was looking for something D&D related on the net, and I pulled up a website of one of the 3e playtesters.

"Holy crap, they're making a third edition!", I exclaimed to myself. I devoured every bit pf information on that page, before checking out his recommended link to Eric Noah's 3rd Edition News. I went there virtually every day until Morrus took over and now wild horses still can't drag me away from EN World and its message board.

Does anyone remember that playtester or his site? It was DerVandammte or something similiar...
