D&D 5E How do you determine your initial Attributes?

There are 3 basic methods often discussed, but I'm curious of the 3 which one is most common?

I do point buy when I DM, although for other OSR games I'll roll.

I didnt want to include 'none of the above/other' as these are the core 3 options often discussed and it would likely (seemingly!) just be a default selection.

I refuse to point buy or do arrays. Rolling is the way I generate stats and if that's a deal breaker, then I won't play in that game.

Of the three characters I've been playing recently, one is rolled, one is standard array, and one is point buy.

So... all three.
